世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)(一)分類

婦科腫瘤(包括瘤樣病變)的病理分類十分復(fù)雜，近年則主要立足于組織發(fā)生、形態(tài)及生物學(xué)特性方面的綜合分類。

世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)近5年內(nèi)相繼發(fā)表修改后婦科腫瘤的組織學(xué)分型。該分型立足于光鏡、電鏡、免疫組化及分子病理學(xué)基礎(chǔ)上，不斷修改、補(bǔ)充和更新，已被國際上普遍采用。其中外陰、陰道、宮頸，宮體、卵巢的病理分類被采用于本書，卵管、韌帶，胎盤的病理分類則綜合有關(guān)資料選寫?，F(xiàn)分別介紹如下：
