摘要:

目的：探索擴(kuò)大碟形術(shù)加帶血管蒂腓骨游離移植治療脛 骨慢性骨髓炎的可行性和療效。方法：12例脛骨慢性骨 髓炎患者行脛骨骨髓炎病灶清除、

帶血管蒂腓骨游離移植，修復(fù)患側(cè)脛骨切除后缺損，置 沖洗引流管。結(jié)果：經(jīng)2~3年隨訪，優(yōu)5例，良6例，中 1例，絕大部分病例脛骨碟形化部經(jīng)重建修復(fù)后在 13~18月內(nèi)滿意愈合，恢復(fù)行走功能，少部分病例術(shù)后 切口有輕微感染。經(jīng)隨訪發(fā)現(xiàn)，隨著骨缺損部逐漸愈 合，移植來(lái)的腓骨會(huì)逐漸塑形、

為一體。結(jié)論：擴(kuò)大碟形術(shù)加帶血管蒂腓骨游離移植治 療脛骨慢性骨髓炎具有可行性和較滿意之療效，強(qiáng)調(diào)骨 髓炎手術(shù)適應(yīng)癥的正確把握和感染病灶清除的適當(dāng)徹 底，須注意圍手術(shù)期全程的規(guī)范化管理。 To explore the availability and curative effect of the reconstruction through enlarging sauceriza-tion and Fibula Transplantation
